These terms apply when you use aicoach.best, run by the operator of aicoach.best ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What we provide

aicoach.best is a directory of AI courses and AI coaches with user reviews. We don't run the courses or coaching listed, and we aren't party to any agreement you make with a provider. Always check details, prices and terms on the provider's own website before you buy.

2. Accounts

You need an account to write reviews, save listings or manage a listing. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Reviews

Reviews must follow our review guidelines and reflect your genuine experience. You keep ownership of your review and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display and adapt its formatting on aicoach.best and in related promotion. We may hold, hide or remove reviews that break these terms or the guidelines.

4. Listings and owners

Anyone can suggest a listing; we decide whether to publish it. If you claim a listing, you confirm you're authorised to act for it and that what you publish is accurate and lawful. You must not offer incentives for positive reviews or pressure reviewers. We may edit, suspend or remove listings at our discretion.

5. Featured placements

Featured placements are one-off purchases that place a listing in a labelled Featured area for the period bought, starting when payment is confirmed. They don't affect rankings or scores. If we remove a listing for breaking these terms, the remaining featured time is not refunded. If we can't provide a placement for reasons on our side, we'll refund the unused portion. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, interfere with its operation, create accounts in bulk, manipulate reviews or rankings, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Rankings and content

Rankings and scores are calculated from user reviews as described on How rankings work. They're opinions of our users, not our recommendations or guarantees. Course and brand names belong to their owners. We take reasonable care with listing information but don't guarantee it's complete or current.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any course or coaching you buy from a provider listed here. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
