This policy explains how the operator of aicoach.best ("we") handles personal data on aicoach.best. We're the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
  • Content you post: reviews, owner replies, listings you submit, saved listings and reports you send.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser details, used for security, spam prevention and counting views and clicks. We don't use advertising trackers.
  • Payments: if you buy a Featured placement, Stripe processes your card details. We receive only the payment status and the email address you used, never your card number.

How we use it and why

  • To run your account and the features you use (contract).
  • To keep reviews trustworthy, prevent abuse and secure the site (legitimate interests).
  • To send essential emails such as verification and password resets (contract). We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
  • To keep records of payments (legal obligation).

What's public

Reviews are public and show your first name and last initial. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Cloudflare (security and performance) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie, a security (CSRF) token and a "remember me" cookie if you stay signed in. Your theme and compare selections are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep account data until you delete your account. Deleting your account deletes your reviews and saved listings. We keep payment records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict some processing. You can delete your account yourself from your account page. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
